How do I choose the right item?

Compare each Owala listing and its actual size, color, material or style choices. Bottles, drinkware, totes and accessories have different uses; check the selected options before adding an item.

How long does shipping take?

Allow 1–2 business days for processing after payment authorization and an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. Available destinations and charges appear at checkout. These periods exclude weekends and applicable holidays; see the Shipping Policy for tracking and delays.

Can I return a purchase?

Our voluntary policy covers damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods, with an application within 30 calendar days after delivery. A simple change of mind, preference or wrong option choice is not covered. Non-excludable legal rights remain. Read the Refund Policy before requesting approval.

What happens after refund approval?

We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. The payment provider then controls the posting time.
