Where we can send an order

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether service is available and what shipping costs apply. Review the displayed total before paying. Please check the street, apartment or unit, postal code and contact details carefully; tell us promptly if an address needs correcting, although an order already dispatched may not be changeable.

Preparation and travel time

Order preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Once dispatched, estimated transit is another 4–6 business days. These are separate stages, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from business-day estimates.

Following a shipment

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and can take time to appear after dispatch. Weather, carrier disruption or address problems may lengthen delivery. Keep the order number and tracking reference available when asking about a delay.

If delivery goes wrong

For a missing parcel, a delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage, write to cainherring225535@gmail.com. Include your order number, checkout email and tracking information; photograph damage and retain the packaging. We will review the information and coordinate the appropriate investigation without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
