When an item has a problem

Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description. This is the application period, not a requirement that the parcel reach us within 30 days.

Limits of the voluntary policy

We do not accept voluntary returns for a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly chosen size or option. Rights that local law does not permit us to exclude remain unaffected.

Ask before sending anything

Email cainherring225535@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason for the request. For a product problem, include clear photographs or video and keep the packaging and relevant parts. Await review and approval before returning anything; the precise return address and instructions will be provided after approval. Our correspondence address is not automatically a returns address.

Review, replacement and refund

Approved exchanges depend on the review and available stock. Any applicable return postage, label or other charges will be explained according to the confirmed arrangements for your case; this page does not promise a free label. After a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post it.
